Erfolgsfaktoren der Integrierten Unternehmenskommunikation: die Entwicklung eines Modells zur positiven Beeinflussung des Unternehmenserfolges Medienmarkt; Unternehmen; Kommunikationspolitik All rights reserved Köll, Carmen Changes in the media markets lead to a harder competition for companies. The consequence is that the product competition is supplemented by a communication competition. On the one hand companies are nowadays faced with miscellaneous possibilities of communication; on the other hand they are confronted with unusual habits of target groups and new communication conditions. Integrated corporate communications shows possibilities how companies can act within the communication competition in order to reach communication success. For companies it is useful to use the ‘success factors’ of integrated corporate communications in order to influence the overall success of the company by the achievement of communication success. In this thesis a model of ‘success factors’ has been worked out which was proved in interviews with experts. Finally the general context is demonstrated in which integrated corporate communications is positioned within the company. Experts name integration as a constitutive factor of success. The continuous textual, formal, temporal and/or local integration and the combined usage of instruments of communication are defined as general ‘success factors’. Factors like the continuous, textual integration of schemes, the integration of interactive and conversational in-struments of communication, the optimal mixture and the coordination of ‘above and below the line’ instruments of communication, the laboured usage of Direct Marketing and so on are subordinated to the general ‘success factors’. These success factors can contribute to the achievement of the communication targets and are able to influ-ence the company’s success in a positive way. As a result of the advantages which integrated corporate communications brings with, it would be important that companies realize the benefits of integrated corporate communications. Furthermore companies should be motivated to eliminate actual barriers, which prevent a correct and frictionless accomplishment of integrated corporate communications. 2005 application/pdf AC-Number: AC04595785 https://phaidra.fhstp.ac.at/o:1016 Text deu
